RPC ryeX Trip Registration and Refund Policy
One of the best ways to build close relationships with others and with God is retreats, camps, and mission trips. This is the financial policy for ryeX in regard to such events.
To register for a trip all you need to do is bring/mail a check to Sally Heneghan, our Discipleship Ministry Program Assistant or register and pay online if applicable. You may pay either a deposit of $100 or the full amount. A month or so before departure, you will receive a letter and packing list depending on the nature of the trip.
We will have varying prices for trips based on time of payment. An Early Bird Price is offered at a reduced rate with a standard price at a later date. Families can take advantage of the early offer by paying the deposit and the remainder on the final due date.
Refund policy will be as follows: a refund minus the deposit will be given back if requested at least one month prior to event date. If a refund is requested after the one month point and we are unable to fill the spot, there will be no refund.
*PLEASE KNOW THAT if there is ever a time when your child desires to go on a trip and it is not financially possible, contact me, Carrie Weatherford, Director of Youth Ministries.
